    champion of men's open... isnt he cute??? Posted by Picasa

    i saw an eye opening bowling tournament at victor's bowl at marina south... wanted to play bowling with my cousin & her bf, tog with his colleagues but there was a game at tat time... suposed to end at 6pm but it was delayed... maybe the competitors were too strong... the whole game ended at close to 8pm...

    when i went in, it was quite crowded... and there are 3 players competiting against one another, Lee Yu-Wen of Singapore, Surasak Manuwong of Thailand, and another guy from USA... i tot the USA player was quite gd but too bad, he was out during the semi-finals... & finals were played by Lee Yu-Wen & Surasak... during semi-finals, Surasak striked 7 times in a row... my idol sia... coz i've nv seen someone strike 7 times in a row before... tot tat he will definitle clinch the gold cup but during finals, he had lost his focus & energy... so he lost to Lee Yu-Wen who striked 5 times consecutively... not bad already... so Lee Yu-Wen beat Surasak with the score of 197-174 in the final match & done sg proud!!! yeah!!!

    but its so unfair... champion of the men's open gets $25k while winner of womens open is only $5k... woman not human meh? why such a big diff??? $5k is onli 20% of $25k... so biased!!! thou' the chamopin of women's open from Taipei... but still win means win mah... shd have equivalent amount mah!!! why look down on women??? argh!!! UNFAIR!!!

    today's the 29th already & i still have not receive any news for GIP... im beginning to feel hopeless & wandering if i still have a chance... i shall wait for 2 more days... since the posting of companies is until 31st may...

    but come to tink of tat, maybe not gg is also a gd thing... at least i dun have to abandon my love ones here... & can cel tang's b'day, & everyone's 21st b'day... if im gg china den im gonna miss all the fun... once i've gotten the news tat im cfm not gg, i'll go & take my basic theory... & start learning driving...

    on my way out to meet zacc on thu when it was raining & kor's car is parked at the car park but i cant drive it out coz i cant drive... feel so argh!!! i wan to drive too!!! i wanna have my own car too... but den again, im running a very high risk of getting lost... or even worse... accident... coz i got no sense of direction... i tink my insurance premium must be super high... esp for lady drivers... & i can imagine ppl horning at me... den i'll be at total lost... omg!!! shd i even drive then??? who will dare to sit my car??? haha!!!

    realise i haven blogged for a few days... been busy gg out... hehe...

    had dinner with zacc at Sketches @ Robertson Quay on my b'day... i was running a fever tat day coz i took the vaccinations the day b4... & still, i waited for more than an hr for him... coz he's realli busy with work... cant be angry with him coz work is more impt... n i noe more than anyone how stressful his work is... luckily got juan to pei me chit chat for abt half an hr... n i shopped ard John Little... n there's a place to sit on Level 2... a small corner where they allow customers to sit down & fill in the feedback form or to apply the Robinsons Card...

    he came at 8.30pm... & im realli famished by then... n tired... but i can sense tat he's even more tired than me... hai~ but i cant do anything to help... i guess we're both too hungry tat we didnt realli eat much... i tink i realli have not much appetite by the time we reach Sketches... ate muscles & a piece of lambchop & some spag... den im full le... gave 2 pieces of my lambchop to him... haha... ordered desserts too...

    & i got my surprise!!! he bought me a necklace with diamond pendant... i tot he's onli buying me the doggy (soft toy) from taiwan... coz he keep saying he has no time to buy... & the doggy is too big to bring over... so means im not expecting anything from him tat day... but he actualli bought it!!! omg... i love it so much!!! diamonds are gals' best fren!!! yeah~ can be consider my 1st diamond (not counting the ring tat eddy bought for me coz ive returned it to him) ... he says its to compensate me for waiting so long for him... he wore it for me... look so lovely... duno how expensive it was... but there's 8 small diamonds on it... latest summer design from SK jewellery... so sweet of him... thanks darling... im gg to wear it 24hrs a day... unless i have to match my accessories with my dressing...

    we came across this small cafe tat sells choc... very nice cakes & chocs... very pretty... but we're too full to go in... forgot the name of the cafe... but he took a name card... & there's onli one person in charge of the cafe... & he's so friendly... "enjoy whatever u have for the night" he said to me... we took a walk ard the whole area... checked out some nice places... lots of clubs ard there... so many ppl despite its thu...

    realise tat the both of us haven took a single pic tog... except tat nite at zouk... but stanley didnt send me those pics... & i dun tink he's ever gg to send them to me... idiot PIG!!! so we took a few ourselves... he says he dun like to take pics... but we still took anyway...

    & i juz realise tat chin heng has been reading my blog... so dangerous... anytime my secrets will be disclosed... realli scary... but its my fault tat i've forgotten tat i've given him my blog add... & i happily blogged abt zacc... but i noe i can entrust my secrets to him... thanks a lot buddy!!! always so helpful!!! pls keep my secret as a secret k? thanks!!!

    open my letterbox on the way hm... & guess what i saw? tang's letter from aus... so sweet... i insist on opening my letterbox tat nite... hehe... tang bought me a bracelet... a friendship bracelet coz she has one too... told zacc tat the letter is the sth tat im looking for in my letterbox... hehe... im gg to wear it everyday too... can kiss gdbye to my old bracelet liao~ love it lotz...

    Im finalli 21 yrs old as of 0000 today... i shd be very happy coz im finalli entering the adulthood... can watch R21 liao (ps. i watched it long ago)... but tat also means im old le... big adult le... no more a small kid... no more a teenager...

    its the day tat im awaiting for very long... but when the clock strikes 12 midnite, i 1st receive si guan's sms... nv expected him to be the 1st... but im so happy to see his sms... steve was the 2nd... realli touched coz he has nv forget my b'day since pri sch... but i always forget his... so sorry abt it... receive a very sweet mms from sharon too... thanks babe... she says my network is too busy coz she has some prob sending the mms to me... haha... rubbish!!!

    Now tat im 21, maybe im at a lost as to what i shd do in the future... its not tat i've not tot of it b4... but i juz hope tat everything will goes on very smoothly, in terms of studies, relationship, friendship, kinship, career etc... but i also understand tat the older we grow up, the more complicated life is, & the more probs & challenges we will encounter... but i hope tat i can overcome all probs & take on new challenges... i'll remain strong no matter what happens...

    after perming my hair, dun look so ah lian anymore, so jinli cant call me ah lian anymore... hehe... have already passed my image to yanli... haha... im gg to be a high class tai tai with my nicely permed hair... can throw away my combs coz i dun have to comb hair anymore... haha... but i may consider straightening it b4 i come back from china in dec... tat is provided i have the chance to even go china... haha... i may take back my ah lian title... haha...

Got abt 4 hangbags from 02s09 gals & guys, jun & company, jiayan & gina, 1 wallet 1 pair of shoes 1 jacket 1 belt from jun &amp;amp; company, 1 bracelet from kim, alex, lawrence & wailei, 1 top from thom, jerly & jason, 1 puma jacket & watch from juan & company, necklace from ren hui, & one more from sis, & i have one unknown pair of earrings... anyone wanna own up who gave me the earrings or it shd be part of the present??? i presume its from 02s09 gals... i realli cant recall... mysterious person, pls own up if that is ur mystery gift... haha... its wrapped up with a tad teddy wrapping paper... with pink writings "Happy 21st Birthday"...

    wonder how jun & sharon shopped for so many things... love the shoes... very retro & classic... n its the correct size... small risk tat they took... hehe... will post the pics of presents ltr...

    took lots of photos... & i feel a bit luan actualli... with so many ppl ard... have to chat with everyone... photo taking session was fun... & lawrence say im like wedding dinner... i have to move from table to table to take photos... lucky they can self entertain themselves... hehe...

    dennis is so powerful... he brought a notebk n pen to record everyone's latest details so tat he can redo our class list... so great!!! ever since i noe dennis, i knew tat he's a very sentimental person... someone who always org activities & outings for our class, as well as tk 4c... so sweet of him...

    alex daddy & kim mummy came @ 5.30pm... thanks to lawrence who told them tat my party start at 4pm... haha... luckily they went back to kim's hse... n lawrence & wailei came later... my food arent even here yet... omg... i realli duno wat to do with them... still have so much things to attend to b4 the party starts... where to place the catering, & the sushi, drinks are kinda little so have to buy somemore... luckily i bought ice... but i tink the food is still not bad... eclair is kinda disappointing la... maybe i shd buy the eclair from the one tat martin frequent... hehe...

    i simply love my b'day cake... its from jack's place... n the design is much nicer than i expected... thou' i chose it myself... but i onli saw the pic from the phamplet... thanks kor for sponsoring my cake... everyone says that the cake is very nice... yummy yummy... choc mousse cake... juz nice for everyone... saved the remaining for my kor... since he sponsored the cake & he cant be here with me last nite coz he has to go for sailing... sob~

    And best food of the nite shd be the curry cooked by my beloved mother... coz a lot of ppl commented on the curry... at 1st i tot tat food was kinda little... but still left over quite a bit... i tink im gg to eat the same food or the next 3 days at least...

    juciest news of the nite: wei xiong & lesley came tog... one from the top & one from the bottom... wei xiong came down from 11th floor... lesley came up from 6th floor... n reach at the same time... so the thing is... did they come tog??? den wanted to make us think tat they did not... so they decided to walk separately... haha... for u to find out!!!

    funniest thing of the nite: after i made my thank u speech... there's a pause!!! coz i duno wat else to say... i cant possibly say... "can i have my b'day song now?" & after they finish singing... "i also duno wat to do"... maybe im realli at lost la... suddenly so many ppl standing in front of me... n so many cameras... corde actualli counted tat there are 6 cameras... & im the limelight of the nite... feel like some superstar... coz i duno which cam is taking photo... coz i have to constanly paused to take let ppl take photos... esp my camera man, wing... did a very gd job... & xin ku le... thanks so much for following me ard... n snapping me... photos are very very pretty... including me...

    i realise im damn short when i dun wear shoes, or when i wear flats... n most of my frenz wear heels... so i have to resort to wearing my 3 inch high heels... so tat i dun look so short & tat all my frenz dun have to bend their legs to take photos... hehe... but lazy me walk ard the hse in my shoes too... coz im so lazy to take off my shoes... i keep walking in & out...

    took photos in grps... i finalli noe how is it like to call ppl by grps to take pics... juz tink of how to grp the ppl... guess i nv miss anyone out... sec 2c, 02s09, tp choir, UOB, sec 4b, sec 4c, sec 4d, my beloved ones... ntu, ntu MSE, my camera man... & family of coz... i realise juan & jun are in almost all categories...

    did the ppt slides... with my fav song... n borrowed labtops from juan & jun... so we on 3 labtops at the same time... so that the song will go tog... but juan's pc is faster... but nvm la... still quite nice... jerly tot tat im gg to play lan game at hm... haha... the ppt featured me since i was young till now... as well as my very close frenz... hope everyone like it... heard some ppl humming the song outside... haha... i tink the song is instilled in everyone's heart... n they brought the song hm with them...

    some ppl commented tat they cant find my block no. but weixiong actualli heard the noise from the ground floor... with his helmet on... luckily none of my neighbours complain... haha... if he can hear the noise, tat muz be damn loud le...

    today's like my big day... haha... but im not getting married... i feel like im turning 21st today.. coz everyone sms me to wish me happy b'day... guess a lot of ppl tot tat its today... but im onli turning 21st on thu... 25th may!!! tats the day man!!! but i still thank those who wishes me today... in fact, i receive wishes since last nite... hehe...

    looking forward to this evening's party... but i receive a few sms tat says they are not coming... duh~but its okay... some ppl are realli busy with a lot of things... b'day isnt a very impt event to a lot of ppl actualli... but to me, its a special day... used to cel for a few days in a row... coz muz meet diff grps of frenz... so this yr i tot finalli i dun have to have dinner marathon again... but it seems like its the same for this yr also... coz some of them cant make it tonite... so muz make special arrangements for another day... n a form of catching up also... coz its holz...

    went to NUS Cultural Centre to watch "man of letters" by dick lee... jinli, jon & daniel are in the ensemble... me n juan saw Don & his fren also... & Don happened to juz sit beside me... hehe... tink he cant recognize my new hair... & for one moment i forgot who to intro as myself... coz long time nv see him & Jon liao... but i rmb Jon noes me as "ah lian"... thanks to jinli... so i suppose Don also rmb me as "ah lian"... but tink i dun look ah lian anymore... with my new hair... i tink i look like 23 yrs old...

    anyway today's musical was the 1st day... grand opening... n the ppl are all invited guests... so me n juan are also in the "invited guests" category... (bull shit!!!) & we feel out of place coz everyone's wearing dress, n qi pao, etc... n we wore jeans... but the gd thing is tat there's reception... got red wine, champagne, cakes n many more... but mi n juan ate b4 we went... but nonetheless, we ate a bit there... cant resist the temptation of cheesecakes & mango pudding... n red wine...

    can say tat the show is quite gd... story takes place in 1950s... 2 gd frenz, ming & gan seng fall for one gal at the same time... but ming dun dare to tell her... n he actualli helped gan seng to write love letters for her... but they are his feelings towards her... so in the end gan seng found out n tink tat they shd be tog... n gan seng died in the end becoz they took part in demonstrations n he was shot by the british colonel... n the gal also found out tat ming was the one who wrote the letters after 10 yrs when they finalli meet... they had an agreement to meet in campus every yr on the same day but she nv appear until 10 yrs later...

    storyline n stage was very gd... music was nice too... but the sound system is quite bad... coz the mics are quite soft... cant hear jinli's solo... n male chorus is very strong... female chorus is very weak...

    I guess im realli addicted to da chang jin... had lessons on mon n wed... did my hair on tue... finalli have time to watch da chang jin today... yeah... im gg to finish it le... 2 more discs... n i tink im getting lazier... wanted to clean my hse for my b'day but till now, i haven done anything yet... mummy's nagging at me... argh...

    tot i will have time to do it today n tml... but seems like i dun have much time... gg to meet juan for dinner n to jinli's musical... "man of letters" by dick lee... jer says it shd be quite lousy but i juz hope tat its nice la... anyway he spent so much time n effort in it... n there's quite a few professional singers in it... n there's daniel too...

    so sweet of him to get the tics for me n juan... yeah... i duno how he got the tics... but luv him lots... gg to buy flowers ltr...

    i guess i shd start tidying my rm... still have to wash my hair... finalli i can wash my hair... yeah... its in a mess now... duno how it will look like... but some hair at the back is kinda straight liao... sob sob... i hope i dun look auntie...

    zacc's flew to taiwan le... will be back on sat nite... so he wont come to my party... pei him to clear his emails on tue nite till 3.30am... until i dozz off... n he has to read 300 emails in a nite... muz be hard on him... i cant imagine wat i'll do if im him... i tink i will juz shut my pc n go for my holiday... come back den say... haha... he was suppose to be at the airport at 11am... but when i called him at 10.30am, he juz woke up onli... super duper late by the time he reached the airport... he called me b4 he flew off... n the board is already showing "Last Call"...
